title: i intended to write a long one but since it's a public blog, i decided against it. The Qualities You Look for in a Friend I've always wonder what are the qualities people look for when they make friends. Friends as in normal friends, not partners. For myself, I group my friends into different category, therefore what I look for differs as well. When I meet someone for the first time, most of the time, I know how far we can go as friends. Nonetheless, there are always surprises. Pleasant ones, mostly. Yet as time passes, people change. A handful of those once treasured becomes pure irritants.
