title: and i'm back Hello there,
It's been a while. You were away during important events such as a farewell and a birthday celebration. What can I say? Nobody can be there every time, just like how I don't expect anyone to be here for me forever. Life changes and we humans are not that brainy yet to predict what's to come. But can you imagine once we are able to? Holy shit! There's gonna be a war! Against who? Me against Me! You against You! A against A! B against B! Sounds scary but we are only humans. Think again, if only we face each other with a pure and true heart, the war could be postponed and/or stopped. Yeah, I wasn't there physically at the airport but I tried my very best to make sure I don't miss out on sending you off. And that counts, doesn't it? My voice was heard and my message was clear. Despite that, I know in my heart that I would regret for a longlonglong time. So the war against myself is simply delayed, that's all. Birthdays are a yearly event, some are very unique and memorable while the rest are simple yet sweet. I asked myself, even if we came up with the best plan/surprise for your special day, would you remember it for a lifetime? In order to make myself feel better, I kept asking myself that. I know, I know self-denial. I'm quite a chicken. What am I trying to say? Just what? Well, it's something I am ashamed of but I have to admit it. I have to agree with myself that I didn't try hard enough to make things happen. War against time and myself is always most unpleasant. Time constraint. Free will. I have to go now so I'd just end off with another point, when we please ourselves, are the people around us pleased? If so, maybe we could all stop blaming.... Labels: life, vacation:bangkok |
